Progress since Framework

The Government has supported the work of the Rural Focus Group since its formation in 1992 and welcomes the Group's independent views offered in "Rural Framework: A Progress Report" which is published simultaneously with this document. The report describes many of the practical steps which rural organisations have been taking since the Rural Framework concept was launched.
