Collection of Commercial Waste

The arrangements adopted by local authorities for setting and administering charges for the collection of commercial waste have been a matter of concern to many small businesses in rural areas. We intend to identify examples of good practice in dealing with the particular problems of commercial waste collection in small towns and villages. This will be published as guidance for the new local councils.
